To post an ad, log in to your account and click "Post Your Ad". Select the appropriate category, add a title and description, set your price, upload photos, and choose your location. Make sure to provide accurate details to attract potential buyers. Your ad will be reviewed and published once approved.

Mobile verification helps us maintain a safe community by ensuring users are real people. It also allows potential buyers to contact you about your listings. Your number is kept private and only shared when you choose to respond to inquiries.

Yes! Posting basic ads on Musaada is completely free. We may offer premium features in the future to help your ads get more visibility, but the core functionality of buying and selling will always remain free.

When viewing an ad, you can contact the seller by clicking the "Contact Seller" button to reveal their phone number, or use the "WhatsApp" button to open a chat with them directly. You must be logged in to see seller contact information.

Musaada does not process payments - transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. We recommend cash on delivery for local transactions. If paying remotely, use secure methods and never send money to someone you haven't verified. Be cautious of sellers asking for unusual payment methods.

Always meet in a safe, public place such as a shopping mall, café, or police station parking lot. Avoid meeting at private residences, especially for first-time transactions. Consider bringing a friend, especially for high-value items. Let someone know where you're going and when.

Negotiation is common and accepted on classified platforms. Be respectful when making offers. Some sellers mark prices as "negotiable" or "final price" to indicate their flexibility. Always confirm the final price before meeting to avoid misunderstandings.

Follow these safety tips: Meet in public places, inspect items before paying, verify seller identity, use secure payment methods, bring a friend for high-value transactions, and trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, walk away. Report suspicious behavior to us immediately.

If you encounter suspicious activity, use the "Report Ad" button on any listing to flag it for review. You can also contact us through our contact page with details of the issue. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly. If you've been a victim of fraud, also report it to local authorities.

Common scams include: fake payment confirmations, requests to ship items before payment, prices that seem too good to be true, requests for personal banking details, and sellers who refuse to meet in person. Be wary of anyone pressuring you to complete a transaction quickly or asking for unusual payment methods.

Use a strong, unique password for your account. Never share your login credentials with anyone. Be cautious of phishing emails that look like they're from Musaada - we will never ask for your password. Enable any available security features and keep your contact information up to date.

Go to your profile page by clicking on your name in the navigation menu, then click "Profile". Here you can update your name, mobile number, and other account settings. Keeping your profile complete helps build trust with other users.

You can delete your account from your profile settings. Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all your ads and data. This action cannot be undone. If you're having issues with the platform, please contact us first - we may be able to help.

When viewing any ad, click the heart icon to add it to your favorites. You can access your saved ads anytime from the "Favorites" section in your account menu. This makes it easy to track items you're interested in.

Go to "My Ads" in your account menu to see all your listings. Click the "Edit" button on the ad you want to modify. You can update the title, description, price, photos, and other details. Significant changes may require re-approval.

From your "My Ads" page, click the "Delete" button on the ad you want to remove. You'll be asked to confirm before the ad is permanently deleted. Consider marking items as "Sold" instead if you've completed a sale.

All new ads go through a review process to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don't contain prohibited content. Most ads are approved within a few hours. If your ad is rejected, you'll receive a notification explaining why and how to fix it.

Prohibited items include: weapons and ammunition, drugs and controlled substances, counterfeit goods, stolen property, live animals, adult content, hazardous materials, and anything illegal under applicable law. For a complete list, please review our Terms of Service.

From your "My Ads" page, click the "Sold" button on the item you've sold. This helps keep our marketplace clean and prevents other users from contacting you about items that are no longer available.
