These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rootroo Oy. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
Eligibility
To use Musaada, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using our Service under applicable laws

User Conduct
When using Musaada, you agree NOT to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated systems to access our Service without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Collect user information without consent
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being listed on Musaada. Violation of these rules will result in immediate removal of the listing and may lead to account suspension.
Weapons & Ammunition
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, knives, and any weapon or weapon parts.
Drugs & Controlled Substances
Illegal drugs, prescription medications, drug paraphernalia, and controlled substances.
Counterfeit Goods
Fake designer items, replica products, and items that infringe on trademarks or copyrights.
Stolen Property
Items known or suspected to be stolen, lost property that is not yours.
Live Animals
Live animals, endangered species, or products made from endangered animals.
Adult Content
Pornographic material, adult services, and sexually explicit content.
Hazardous Materials
Explosives, flammable substances, toxic chemicals, and radioactive materials.
Illegal Items & Services
Anything illegal under applicable law, gambling services, and items promoting illegal activities.
Posting prohibited items may result in account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of the content you post on Musaada. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, copy, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your content in connection with our Service and business operations.
You represent that you have the right to post all content you submit and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason.
AI and Machine Learning Use
By using our Service, you grant us the right to use content you submit (including but not limited to listing titles, descriptions, images, and metadata) to develop, train, improve, and operate artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models.
This license includes the right to use your content for:
Training and improving recommendation algorithms
Developing automated content moderation systems
Creating fraud detection and prevention tools
Improving search functionality and user experience
Research and development of new platform features
Limitation of Liability
Musaada is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are NOT a party to any transactions between users.
Musaada provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We are not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, or legality of items listed
- The accuracy of listings or user content
- The ability of sellers to sell items or buyers to pay
- Any disputes between users
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to our community.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from your use of Musaada shall be governed by the laws of Finland. You agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through informal negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Finland.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
